Do you ever feel overwhelmed when you look inside your cleaning supply closet or cabinet? I know I do. I have bottles of cleaners designed for every single type of cleaning activity you could ever think of. The problem is – I use maybe two or three of these cleaners on a regular basis.

One cleaner that I use often is Windex. This is ideal for windows, mirrors, counters and much more. In fact, I have found that this product is great for cleaning almost anything and it has a fresh scent. I love walking into a room that I had just cleaned with this product. Another type of product I always use is some type of germ-killing product, like Lysol or a bleach-containing product. These products are great for many things as well.

What I am trying to do is to eliminate all of the other bottles of cleaners to better organize this cabinet in my home. Yes, there are certain things I need to keep because I do use them once in a while, like carpet cleaner. It is not often that I see a stain on the carpet that needs to be cleaned, but it does happen periodically.

Many people are turning to multi-purpose products because of this and other reasons. If you can find a great multi-purpose cleaner that you like, you can get rid of all of the other bottles. Find one you like and test it out in your home. When you find one you look, clean out your cleaning supplies closet and get rid of the rest.
